Today, we’re in Northville in front of our new listing in Steeplechase, where we’ll be discussing our yard marketing system that leverages text for information technology. 

In our yard marketing system, we use two phone numbers. The first is a text-for-info number, providing consumers with a link to the property’s floor plans, virtual tours, and photos. This allows consumers to get the information they need instantly from the curb. We capture their cell phone number and follow up 10 to 15 times, tailoring our approach to each consumer.

The second number allows consumers to speak directly with us, the listing agents. We can also capture their cell phone number with this option. We prioritize lead generation for the seller over personal branding, making our yard marketing system effective.
